ROOM A

Room A can accommodate up to 100 guests. This space has been used for a variety of events including: painting demonstrations, movie screenings, lectures, a dance floor and more traditional classroom settings.

ROOM B and ROOM C

Room B and C can accommodate up to 30 guests. You can accommodate up to 60 guests if you open the retractable wall and utilize both Rooms B and C.  This space has been used for board meetings, break out sessions, presentations and  craft stations.

CHERRY AND OAK HOSPITALITY ROOMS

Each wing of the Conference Center offers a 400 square foot hospitality room, perfect for social time and receptions.  These rooms feature a fireplace, comfortable seating for up to 12 guests, and a small porch, which looks out over the labyrinths and wooded hillside.  Our hospitality rooms are also equipped with a refrigerator,  microwave, counter space and a coffee maker.

*LCD Projector is an additional $37.50. *Easel is free. The flip chart and markers are an additional $21.50.
